This lift kit is made from 7075 series aluminum. Same strength as steel, but much lighter and more corrosion resistant. Cheaper lift kits use 1/8" thick steel. This one is made from 1/2" thick aluminum, 4 times thicker and stronger than any other lift.

This intake is guaranteed to make more power across the entire RPM range than any other intake or your money back! 6HP on a stock Rhino. 8HP on a modified Rhino.

The key to this HUGE power increase is in the high velocity, high volume aluminum intake plenum.

Comes with everything you need to install, directions, and jetting recommendations.

Does not come with any air filter.

Uses K&N part number RE-0950.

The aluminum plenum is mounted where your stock air box is now.

To install, you will need to drill a 3 1/2" hole in your stock plastic footrest/ air box cover.

The filter ends up being between the driver and passenger seats.

Your stock air box has the crank case breather hose attached to it. This air box allows for so much air flow that the crank case breather hose can not be attached to the air box because it can actually suck oil out of your crank case and into the air box. We leave the breather hose open and tie it to the frame in the highest location it will reach. If you would like more protection, you can add a crank case breather filter to the hose.

New CFM Performance aluminum intake for any year Rhino 660. This intake is guaranteed to make more power across the entire RPM range than any other intake or your money back!

This intake eliminates your restrictive stock intake tube between the carb and air box.

The stock filter is known to allow dirty air through where it is supposed to seal to the box. We have eliminated this problem by using a clamp on filter for a perfect seal every time. The stock air filter has a restrictive 3" ID. We use a 4" ID filter on this intake.

You can expect to see a 4HP on a stock Rhino, 6HP on a modified Rhino. The key to this HUGE power increase is in the high velocity, high volume aluminum intake plenum. The stock jetting on most Rhinos is 25 pilot and 140 main. Most people using this intake will need a 27.5 pilot and 175 main.

Comes with everything you need to install the intake. No modifications are required to any of your stock components.

Does not come with a filter.

Uses UNI #NU-4102ST and K&N #HA-4250

You will also need to purchase your own jets.

Billet aluminum lift kit for any year Yamaha Rhino 450, 660, 700.

Will fit all standard, sport and special edition models.

Features and Benefits:

Will give you about 2" of lift depending on model and shock settings.

They are sold in sets of 4 spacers, 1 for each shock.

Will work with stock shocks only.

Made from 7075 series aluminum. The same strength as steel, but lighter and much more corrosion resistant.

Ride quality is similar to stock.

Still have the ability to adjust preload.

Eliminates sag in the stock springs.

Drastically reduces brake dive and corner roll.

Increases load capacity.

No modifications are necessary to any of your stock components.

Spring compression is required. You will need a coil spring compressor or other method of compressing the springs.

How it Works:

A 1" spacer lifts the UTV about 2" because of the geometry of progressive rate suspension. With stock springs, the weight of the UTV will compress the springs about 1", lowering the UTV about 2". With this lift installed, the weight of the UTV will not compress the springs as much, resulting in an increase in ground clearance of about 2".

Installation Instructions:

Remove the shocks from the UTV. Compress the springs. There is a "C" shaped collar that holds the spring to the shock body. When you compress the spring, this "C" shaped collar will fall off. Slide the lift spacer on the shock body and replace the "C" shaped collar. Reinstall the shock.
