New CFM Performance aluminum air box for the Suzuki LTR250.
Will fit 1985-1990.
We have seen an increase of 4-8 HP just by installing this air box.
We build all of our air boxes with 5052 series aluminum for high strength, good looks, and superior corrosion resistance.
Does not come with a filter. Uses UNI filter part number NU-4080ST.
NU-4080ST is a clamp on air filter with a 4" inside diameter. It provides a better seal than the stock air filter while allowing 50% more air flow and increased dirt holding capacity versus the stock air filter.
This air box has more clearance between the exhaust and the air box than the stock air box has. This lowers intake air temperatures and increases power.
This air box has a higher volume of filtered air than the stock air box resulting in better throttle response.
Standard features on this air box include a removable lid, and stainless steel hardware.
Your stock drain boot will not fit. If you want to use a drain boot, you will need to
purchase a 3/4” drain boot. They are found on many stock Honda and Yamaha ATVs.
