It is made from 5052 aluminum for high strength, light weight, and incredible corrosion resistance. Brackets are 7075 series aluminum, the strongest aluminum alloy ever made. Hardware is stainless steel.
The CFM high flow air box uses a high volume, high velocity plenum to increase horsepower, and throttle response, as well as top speed.
The inside diameter of your stock filter is only 2 1/2". We go all the way up to a 4" inside diameter.
In our testing, the Raptor was 4mph faster in 0-250 ft runs after installing this air box. It was also faster by 3mph in top speed.
This air box does not come with a filter.
Uses UNI filter part number NU-4102ST or K&N filter part number HA-4250.
